Anti-Fraud Technology Benchmarking Report
28 Feb 2024
Technology has become a necessary component of anti-fraud programs. Organizations must employ the most effective tools to safeguard against emerging threats, and that often means implementing new programs and training staff to utilize them. To understand how organizations are approaching this mission, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and SAS partnered to conduct a series of studies on the use of anti-fraud technologies by organizations around the world.
Now in its third edition, the 2024 Anti-Fraud Technology Benchmarking Report explores trends in the current and expected adoption of traditional analytics, artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI, case management tools, biometrics and other technologies that can be used to combat fraud. This report aids anti-fraud professionals and organizational management in benchmarking and assessing the effectiveness of their anti-fraud technology toolkits and planning for future technology-related budgets and resources.
